"Cobb County Commissioners will not have to exclude the mention of 'Jesus Christ' from the prayers at their meeting under a new Federal Court ruling.
The case was filed in August 2005 by the Georgia Chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) on behalf of seven people who felt references to 'Jesus' were an unconstitutional endorsement of Christianity.
