Judge orders Minutemen road sign to be reposted

We read:
"A federal judge has ordered Caltrans to repost the San Diego Minutemen road sign on a two-mile stretch of Interstate 5, a victory for the anti-illegal immigration group.

The Minutemen were granted a northbound stretch of the highway near the Border Patrol's checkpoint south of San Clemente in November as part of the Adopt-a-Highway litter cleanup program. They were reassigned to state Route 52 near Santee in January after complaints to the agency about the group's controversial nature and the location near the checkpoint.

The group, alleging free-speech discrimination, sued Caltrans in February and in May requested a preliminary injunction to restore the sign while lawsuit was pending. District Judge William Q. Hayes on Friday granted the preliminary injunction, saying there was not enough evidence to support the safety risk...."

It's a pretty innocuous sign but apparently it was still "offensive" to the easily offended.

It was "offensive" because it was a positive advertisement to a group the left finds offensive.

It's amazing that in Mexifornia this group would win ANY court decision, especially since they are anti-illegal immigration, which is the majority of Mexifornia's population.

Good for the Minutemen!

We are CALIFORNIANS, and most of us are AMERICANS! The majority is a slim margin; not a vast, chasm wide margin. The left dominates the news on this issue (and many other issues) and purposely misleads the public on how may represent which sides of the issue of immigration.

Most of you are Americans? (LOL) Look around, and this time try it with your eyes open! The media slants the news because all the leftists who live in and control MEXIFORNIA want it that way. America would be a much better place if our west coast ended at the Nevada border!

"Mexifornia Then & Now"

Do you know what happened this week in California back in 1850, 158 years ago?

1. California became a state.
2. The state had no electricity.
3. The state had no money.
4. Almost everyone spoke Spanish
5. There were gunfights in the streets.

So, basically, it was just like California is today except the women had real boobs and the men didn't hold hands.
