N-Word Hurled at Blacks During Westwood Prop 8 Protest
It is very common for blacks to despise homosexuals so a lot of blacks supported the Californian ballot measure to bar homosexual "marriage". In response the homosexuals did a passable imitation of the KKK. There's nothing like that Leftist "tolerance"!

Jasmyne Cannick has a similar and unfortunate report. "I have received several phone calls from Blacks, both gay and straight, who were caught up in Westwood around the time of that march. From being called 'niggers' to being accosted in their cars and told that it was because of 'you people gays don't have equal rights and you better watch your back,' these gays have lost their damn minds."

My local paper here in California had the headline "Voter's approval of Prop 8 causes controversy". Sorry but the headline should have read "4 judges' decision to overturn the will of the people causes controversy". The ban on homosexual marriage has been in existence since the Spanish first colonized this part of North America. Four months ago these judges altered the precident which has stood since the founding of this state. I have no problem allowing people the freedom to do what they like. However, that does not mean that the State of Califorinia has to put it's seal of approval on a lifestyle which most people find immoral.
Homosexuals already have equal rights. What they want are special rights. There is no such thing as "gay marriage" They are trying to create a right where none exists. If two men want to get married, they better go find two willing women and vice versa. Marriage has had one definition for thousands of years, a union between a man and a woman. So-called liberal judges would be wise to remember that and act accordingly, then we wouldn't have people protesting the repeal of a "right" that never existed in the first place. And about the "N" word, people cannot choose the color of their skin, but everyone chooses who they sleep with, nuff said.
Now is the time for the big BO to do something for these two groups of his active supporters!
On one hand you have the blacks, there are more of them than the sodomites, but they have less money to donate to the cause.
Then you have the sodomites, lots of disposable cash, but their numbers aren’t that large.
So now we wait for the Big B.O. to solve this problem within his camp.

@anon2: Well said. And it's also about States' Rights. If they don't like it, then they can move to a state that permits it. Just don't force the rest of us to comply with what we legally voted against.
And as far as the use of the N-word goes, it just goes to illustrate how hypocritical the Left really is.
This is actually very typical behavior for gays. When they can't get their way legally, (something they've gotten used to) they resort to abuse and intimidation. And don't think for one minute that they'll stop. The will of the people means nothing to them unless they agree with it.
Obviously, they didn't count on the fact that generally speaking, blacks are "very" anti-gay. The best part of this story is that it gives a "true and accurate" look at how gays act when they don't get their way. They no longer simply stamp their feet and pout.

There are two aspects to marriage: the cultural and civil.
The cultural should be left up to the people. If you're two men or women and want to call yourself married, I really don't care. I personally see marriage as a word describing the union between a man and a woman, but it really boils down to how to interpret language. The government shoudl stay out of it.
The civil aspect should be applied equally between any two people who want to form a civil partnership. Heterosexual, homosexual, even two blood relatives who want to form a civil partnership for the purpose of property ownership, etc. should be allowed as long as they understand the laws for terminating a civil partnersihp (divorce) also apply equally to everyone.
Problem solved.
This gives me hope as the coalition of "tolerance" has finally gained the power they wanted perhaps as they now apply their tolerance to each other their whole unholy alliance will come crashing down around them.
The KKK was the terrorist wing of the Democratic party not it's military. But for the anon who must be thinking the KKK was full of Republicans all I can say is you've been totally taken in by leftist propaganda because the original KKK and it's subsequent revivals always targeted three kinds of people, Blacks (which you'd think were the only target based on current media), Catholics and Republicans.
If the true history of the Democratic party were common knowledge it would never be able to field so much as a dog catcher.
During reconstruction after the War Between The States, the Klan did, indeed, function as a terrorist group which supported the Democratic Party- the Republican counterpart, the Union League, frequently would engage in violence knowing that the Klan would take the blame. It is a curiosity to me that the Union Leagues are seldom mentioned when reconstruction is discussed, though it could plausibly be argued that they were more responsible for societal disorder than the Klan! The winners write the history, I guess
