Hate speech against Rushbo

We read:
"First, Letterman said Rush was too smart to believe what he says and should be the head of the Republican Party because he’s tubby. Second, Governor Paterson bashes Rush for announcing his intention to sell his Fifth Avenue condo because of high taxes and being audited ad nauseum. But, those incidents were mild compared to the idiotic rant by pseudo-comedian Jon Stewart who tells Rush to “get the fxxx out of here.”

Stewart didn’t stop at that: “For years, for years, for years, New Yorkers have done everything in our power to get this guy to leave town. We knew he was into drugs, so we cleaned up Times Square. We even opened up a Disney store in the very place he would normally go to buy drugs.” The reference was Rush’s dependence on pain killers which he openly admitted on his show facing his problem honestly and ultimately winning his battle. But Stewart let his anger get the best of him and the hate spewed forth declaring everyone who smokes a cigar is a “douchebag.” And, then….”We outlawed murder, figuring he was a guy with a taste for it.”

I wonder how many times Stewart has really listened to Limbaugh? For liberals, it’s much easier to not listen and engage in criticism. The odd thing here is that Rush’s ratings are #1 in New York City on WABC radio. In fact, his ratings are the envy of the left. They can’t figure it out. Why would anyone want to listen to a “douchebag?”...

It boils down to this. Jon Stewart is jealous of Rush Limbaugh. Limbaugh makes more money and has a much more loyal audience. And, Rush has had 21 years of national success. Jon Stewart is a comparative lightweight who has to mock someone with hate to get noticed. Well, he did get noticed. We noticed his hate speech and won’t forget it next time the left accuses our side of it.

Can’t they rest it? They won! But, they won’t rest until they have destroyed conservative thought in America because they simply know best.

Today is the 16th anniversary of the Waco Massacre. If anyone has a "taste for murder" it is the Left.

I'm glad Rush is leaving New York, Bill O'reilly should do the same. Let Stewart enjoy his cesspool, I hope Patterson raises his taxes to make up for what they won't be getting from Rush.

You guys realize that Jon Stewart is a COMEDIAN right?

You know, like Ann Coulter, only funny.

You know John Stewart says he's a comedian.

But he wants to be taken seriously, like Ann Coulter.

Jesus is a liberal.

But liberals aren't Jesus, they only claim to be Jesus.

Jon Stewart wants to be taken seriously???

Watch the april 16th show, and see how much of it was sophomoric tea bagging jokes, then think about how much he really wants to be taken seriously.

CNN the Latest Corporate Thug to Use Copyright As a Weapon to Eliminate Embarrassing Clips from YouTubeI’m sick of people knocking embarrassing videos off YouTube with bogus copyright violation claims.

The latest culprit is CNN, a left-wing network that was recently embarrassed by a video of reporter Susan Roesgen cutting off tea-party protestors in Chicago, and assailing them with silly liberal talking points. The blog Founding Bloggers showed up on scene and caught her in further arguments with angry citizens who noted her biased coverage. I posted the Founding Bloggers video on Thursday.

But guess what happens when you click on it now?

[You get a message that the YouTube Video is no longer available due to a CNN copyright claim.]

As to the validity of the copyright claim, let me turn over the megaphone to Ben Sheffner of Copyrights and Campaigns:

CNN does own copyright in its own news footage and, as a general matter, has the right to demand its removal from YouTube. However, as to this particular video, I think Founding Bloggers has a very strong fair use defense. The purpose for Founding Bloggers’ posting of the CNN footage is crystal clear: to comment on and criticize CNN’s reporting on the “Tea Party.” Such a use is right in the heartland of the fair use doctrine; the statute specifically mentions “criticism, comment, [and] news reporting” as protected uses that are “not an infringement of copyright.” 17 U.S.C. § 107. To quickly run through the four fair use factors as they apply here: 1) the use is transformative (for critical comment); 2) the CNN footage is factual, not fictional, and was previously broadcast; 3) the amount used is small in relation to the whole CNN broadcast; and 4) any effect on the market is minuscule (and if fewer people watch CNN because this video causes them to think less of its coverage, that’s simply not cognizable harm). Many fair use cases are difficult, close calls–but, given the facts as I know them, this is an easy one.

That’s a very refined way of saying CNN is full of crap.

[Why is CNN so eager to erase this video? Because they got caught on their own tape, with their rampant Obamunist bias flapping in the breeze. They’re so embarrassed that they exiled Susan Roesgen - a ‘previously planned vacation, they claim’ - until the great unwashed forgets about her asinine, Tea Party, antics.

I wrote on their forum and, typical for lefties, they could not argue any points with facts or logic. It appeared that the only posts on their forum were from themselves, which was a good laugh in itself. The dumpychick or whatever she called herself, tried to dish it out, but was soon in the typical liberal rant spewing forth the typical liberal talking points. She banned me rather than trying to use whatever of her brain was left.

Rush = drug user.

"Rush = drug user."

Obama = drug user.

See how easy that was?

Until the libs can start arguing against limbaugh's topics rather than his persona, he'll continue success. The problem for libs is Rush is very, very rarely proven wrong. Thus, they have no incentive to engage in honest debate.
The same goes for Coulter, though to a lesser degree. You can't help but love her 'no holds barred' approach to political commentary.

---Yes, and the stupid young people who voted for Obama were only listening to him. You do realize how dangerous it is to get your news from only one source?

"Rush = drug user."

Obomber = drug user, liar, Marxist,

Clinton = drug user, draft dodger, murderer, (Vince Foster)

Rangel = tax cheat, liar

Geitner (sp) = tax evader

Sen. Reid = land-deal swindler

Barney Frank = liar, father (or is it mother?) of current financial crisis

Chris Dodd = loudmouth, Kennedy wannabe, liar, tax-cheat, crook, and Barney Frank helper

And on, and on, and on...

Yes. It is dangerous to get your news from one source.

It's also pretty dangerous to think a comedian is a news source.

"You mean like Faux News?"

---For your information, I watch Nightline and other other networks just to remind myself why I'd rather watch Fox and get BOTH sides of the story instead of the leftwing side and the liberal side which is what MSNBC, NBC, CBS, CNN, and ABC provides.

Take a look around you, liberals are so biased they can't even tell anymore! That's why all your favorite newspapers are failing, that's why your lib cable stations have low ratings, even your web initiatives are the result of funding by George Soros.

Face it, leftwingers, without your Hollywood friends and liberal billionaires you have nothing. Remember Air America? Your biased propaganda has no value.

IMO, the only fair, honest and factual reporter on TV is Lou Dobbs, even though he's on CNN. (with his ratings they don't dare touch him)

Fox is nothing but another cartoon channel with all it's inflated egos trying to out-do each other.

All the rest aren't even worth mentioning.

I'd rather watch Fox and get BOTH sides of the storyRight wing and ultra right wing.

It's even better to see the news channels from other countries to see their perspectives. Just looking at one own country's (no matter the internal political differences) is still very "land-centric".

"I'd rather watch Fox and get BOTH sides of the storyRight wing and ultra right wing."

---Do you think Juan Williams is right wing? Do you think Pink Pistols is right wing? Hillary Clinton? Obama? I've seen all kinds of center and leftwingers on Fox, the difference is that they are challenged and questioned!

"Fox is nothing but another cartoon channel with all it's inflated egos trying to out-do each other."

---If that was the case, they wouldn't be #1 in ratings. The news hungry audience craves the fair and balanced style of Fox, a style that no other network in the world delivers.

When I took a speech class in High School the first thing the teacher listed the various categories of arguments. The lowest form of argument was the ad hominem or personal attack. It is used when someone cannot argue with what someone says so they just start a personal attack on the person instead of what they say. Guess which argument liberals use first.

It seems that Jon Leibowitz (a.k.a. Stewart) has forgotten that there has to be at least a grain of TRUTH in what he says for it to be funny.

There is a market analyst I listen to, with a great track record of calling the markets correctly, and freely admits the ad-hominem attacks the Wall Streeters use to try to discredit him - "criminal rogue, grammar school flunk out dishwasher" - and points out that he is right where those pompous Einsteins are wrong and shoves that back in their faces. If a criminal rogue, grammar school flunk out can do the research and correctly predict what the markets are going to do, while the pompous pedigreed professionals are consistently wrong, to the detriment of their clients, who needs the pompous pedigreed professionals? That's got to be embarrassing for them, and proves the point that information has to stand on its own validity, not on the credentials of who speaks it, and why an ad-hominem attack is a weak argument.
