Neutrality about homosexuality not allowed

We read:
"Seven suicides within two years at one suburban school district outside Minneapolis has enflamed a culture war between teachers, parents, and national interest groups in regards to the district’s policy of leaving the discussion on homosexuality outside of the classroom.

The Southern Poverty Law Center and National Center for Lesbian Rights filed a federal lawsuit against Anoka-Hennepin Public Schools last week in regards to the district’s “curricular neutrality” about LGBT issues, and the U.S. departments of justice and education have announced formal investigations into the policy.

“Sam Wolfe, an attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Center, one of the advocacy groups behind the federal lawsuit, wrote the district a letter in May, saying the ‘gag policy’ prevented ‘meaningful’ classroom discussion on lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people.”

CNN reports that parents and friends say that four of the seven dead students in Anoka were either gay, perceived to be gay or questioning their sexuality, and they say at least two of them were bullied over their sexuality.

Everyone knows that young people who are "confused" about their sexuality, confused because of the radical influences by the gay community and it's left-wing supporters, are more prone to suicide than are normal kids.

But, seeing a chance to control the curriculum of yet another school, the radically left-wing SPLC, pushed by radical gay activists, will sue. As usual, their suit is not based on any laws, but on pure intimidation. Let's hope that this time, their worn-out, well-used tactic fails.

A.Levy - your twisted logic is no better than saying that it was the fault of open and unashamed jews in pre-nazi germany that so many "possible" jews were eventually exposed as jews and ended up dead.
Then it was not of course the fault of other jews, and in this case not the fault of other gays, but of the gay-bashers and bigots.

Let me see if I get this straight (no pun intended!)

The district's curriculum doesn't take sides in a social issue and is criticized and sued for remaining neutral? What does this group think of Switzerland??

What has this to do with the SPLC?
Minneapolis isn't Southern and gay issues are not poverty?

Try repulsive, repugnant, and reviled. Hypocrite that is thy name. You tell me to mind my own business because I responded to your comment to someone else, and you feel that no one should throw it back at you. Well you can FOAD.

I am minding my business, it's called free speech, something you libturds don't seem to understand.

Free speech can express opinions that are not the business of the speaker/writer, as you are in respect of homosexuals and their own freely chosen lifestyle, or do you think you have the right to interfere with the democratic rights of others; and if you are just expressing negative opinions about other people's legal sexual practices, your free speech is revealing you as a bigot.
So anyone who disagrees with you you call a "libturd" - your free speech is indeed very revealing!
