Leftist hate group stirs up rage

The SPLC hates all conservatives

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) of Montgomery, Alabama was first established decades ago to combat the Ku Klux Klan and racism in general through its work in helping impoverished blacks fight discrimination. In recent years, however, SPLC has exhibited a tendency to label anyone or any group that disagrees with them as "racist" or a "hate group," says a Cornell Law School professor.

William A. Jacobson, an associate clinical professor at Cornell Law School, stated Wednesday in a piece written for Legal Insurrection that SPLC attempts to cut off debate and quell the free expression of ideas by labeling its political opponents as "hate groups."

And it so happens that conservatives and conservative organizations are the ones SPLC targets on a regular basis.

For example, the Family Research Council has been at the forefront of the news this week due to a shooting that occurred at its headquarters in Washington. The alleged shooter stated that the reason he opened fire is that he hates the political views of the Council.

SPLC had added the Family Research Council to its "hate watch" list of what it claims are known "hate groups." The reason? The Council supports the traditional understanding of the term "marriage."

Annon. 1:50:

The ultimate irony is that the ACLU (talk about a hate group) is defending the FRC agaist the SPLC.

I guess even a broken clock is right twice a day!

For those trying to be "fair minded", the first thing that should strike you about the "notoriously biased" SPLC is the fact that they never, never, look into left-wing groups, no matter how hateful or violent they are.

The SPLC is, as many of us know, nothing more than a front for radical leftist and communist groups.

Spoken by the same people who believe in an invisible sugar daddy in the sky. LOL

re: 3:40 AM

The irony is strong with this one.

Instead of looking at publicly available evidence (and thus not "invisible"), our resident troll once again reverts to a logical fallacy; specifically, the Genetic fallacy.

Then he even gets his fallacy wrong by lumping Jon — an atheist — in with "the same people who believe in an invisible sugar daddy in the sky".

That's not merely a #FAIL, that's #EPICFAIL.

It's not nice or loving to laugh at the mentally handicapped, but I can't help it. Sorry.

Correction, that should have been "re: 3:04 AM"

3:04 you have no proof to disclaim the existence of God. A witness is the most compelling evidence in a trial.

And yet, Luke still responds to the troll. That is quite funny. Troll 1: Luke 0

The Black Panthers a right-wing hate group? Could that simply be the comrades at the splc using a bit of diversion?

"you have no proof to disclaim the existence of God. A witness is the most compelling evidence in a trial. "

I've seen no evidence of the existence or non-existence of God. That means I'm undecided but logic dictates I will assume the non-existence until proven otherwise.

That said, I'm no atheist. Atheists hold a religious belief in the non-existence of God, I keep an open mind.

jw,

That's an honest position. I can respect that. For those who don't know, that position is known as "agnostic".

There is a lot of evidence available which points to God's existence.

One great book that covers the evidence at a level the average person can follow is I Don't Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist by Frank Turek and Norman Geisler. It covers everything from evidence from nature/science for God's existence to the reliability of the Biblical accounts.

If you prefer full academic rigor, The Blackwell Companion to Natural Theology is the book on the subject. It's focus is narrower in that it focus on evidence from nature/science for God's existence. Even so, it's far bigger than the first book because it goes far deeper into each area.

But I don't expect you to run out and buy a book (unless you really want to). So here is a great place to start:

The Probability of Theism

Luke - you are just begging the question as to what "God" means. It can be, and has been, defined in numerous ways - from just some vague first-cause of "everything" (and there has to be at least an explanation)to a "spirit" that hears one's own personal prayers and intervenes in the world of humans.
However, no concept of a god or gods can be demonstated as proved fact or else everyone would be convinced, but has to rely on "faith" which can have obvious freudian explanations relating to the human psyche.
Whether or not there is a supernatural "god", and whether or not that could be a being from just another dimension playing games with us, religious belief can be seen as just a puerile "security blanket" for many people throughout history, and/or a means for some to control others.

What is god? God is everything that we do not know. God is getting smaller and smaller each day.

Hey Jon, one of your right wing boys is out to get you. For your sake, I hope he does not own a gun.

3:59 nice 'scare' tactic. Reality will show us, by looking at history, who the murderers really are.

1. Abe Lincoln a Republican murdered by a Democrat.
2. MLK jr. a Republican murdered by a Democrat.
3. JFK shot and murdered by a left winger.
4. President Ford survived two attempts by Democrat assassins

Jewish "Codes" Behind the DC Shooting

If something is unnatural or anti-American or anti-Christian, the Southern Poverty Law Center is drawn to it like flies to something smelly. Which is why the SPLC hates the Family Research Council which is pro-traditional family, pro-America, and pro-Christ.
After the shooting at FRC headquarters, which could have been a massacre, FRC president Tony Perkins stated that the SPLC has "been reckless in labeling organizations hate groups because they disagree with them on public policy."
The SPLC calls the FRC a "hate" group because it follows Christ who said to His followers "Love your enemies" (Matt. 5:44).
By way of contrast, heavily Jewish SPLC follows the ages-old Talmud which HATES science, females, children (homosexual sex with children is okay!), all Gentiles, Jesus (who was born a "bastard" - Jewish Encyclopedia), and all Christians! For sources Google or Yahoo "The Earliest Hate Criminals," "The Talmud and double standards" (July 3, 2012), and "Talmud" (Wikipedia).
Be sure to Google "Zionist Watch" (5/26/2007) which called SPLC founder Morris Dees "a Jewish radical leftist pervert...sexual deviant...flagrant adulterer...[and] alleged child molester." Also Google "The Anti-Chick-fil-A Jihad," "Mikey Weinstein, Jesus-Basher," and "The Background Obama Can't Cover Up."
As you can tell, the SPLC (which is chummy with fellow schmucks including the ADL and ACLU) is a "love" group!
BTW, the one five-letter name starting with "J" that SPLC etc. hate (no, not James or Julia) warned in Matt. 24:9 that in the end times "ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake." (I wonder how soon the SPLC will work for the banning of the Bible, the one book that America's greatest leaders highly exalted - Google "Dangerous Radicals of the Religious Right.")
While the SPLC and think-alikes are busy back-stabbing evangelicals (viewed as Israel's best friends), the same schmucks are creating a huge backlash that will bring about the predicted end-time slaughter of two-thirds of Jewry and Jerusalem's devastation (Zech. 13 & 14). By doing all they can to help fulfill the Bible's predictions, the pervs at the you-know-what are actually making the Bible even more believable!
